Hello Again!

Courtney & Patrick had a rainy (yet still beautiful) wedding at the Mystic Seaport in Mystic, CT last May. Even though their ceremony had to be moved inside due to rain, they were totally willing to go outside for pictures. I’m not surprised though, given we had their engagement session outside in the snow at Jonathan Edwards Winery. You can check out those photos here. After we had fun in the rain, we moved inside the ballroom at Latitude 41 for their reception. It was a great day full of love and laughter. Dunnia & Kyle | Harkness Park Wedding | Waterford, CT Wedding Photographer

Hi There!!

One of my favorite parts of weddings is seeing the love, support and excitement from a couple’s friends and family… and everyone was SO excited for these two to get married. Dunnia & Kyle had a sweet ceremony performed by Bridget Caviness in the amphitheater at Harkness State Park in Waterford, CT. Dunnia never stopped smiling, and her smile is incredibly infectious. Kyle is a bit more quiet, but as we spent more time together on the wedding day, his goofy side came out. After we took some photos at Harkness, we traveled to the Historic Granite House in Waterford, CT for a relaxed outdoor ceremony. Planet BBQ provided the most delicious BBQ food for dinner. Their family and friends got to also enjoy a sweet treat from The Cake Lady. I really loved getting to know them. Dunnia & Kyle, thank you so much for having me as a part of your big day!

Kue & Cameron | Connecticut College Arboretum | New London, CT Engagement Photographer

Kue & Cameron are just the cutest, aren’t they?! Connecticut College is their alma mater so it was a great choice for their session. We also spent some time walking around the Connecticut College Arboretum talking about the plans for their wedding.

Cameron chose to wear a sweater along with a pair of jeans, while Kue went with a black blouse paired with a purple skirt that she made just for the session. It was the perfect little pop of color and expressed their personalities perfectly! They will be getting married on the campus in June and I am so excited to photograph it!

Zander & Kerry | Amarantes Sea Cliff | New Haven, CT Wedding Photographer

WELCOME!!

Everything was just beautiful for Zander & Kerry’s wedding at Amarantes Sea Cliff in East Haven, CT. The location was just perfect for the intimate celebration with their close friends and family. And the weather was amazing! The cake display was one of the most unique I have ever seen, complete with candy seashells and sitting on top of graham cracker crumbs made to look like sand. And who wouldn’t love that view, huh?
