WELCOME!!

When Lori called me on the phone asking if I was willing to take photos of her and her husband on a boat, the response was a resounding “YES”!! I mean, who wouldn’t say yes to something like that!! So, when it was time for the session, I boarded a boat with their close family friends (who I also got to take photos of) and we all went out into the Niantic Bay. I have to admit, taking photos of people on a boat, while being a passenger on another boat was definitely tricky, but I think they came out perfectly!!

The Mystic Seaport is one of my favorite places for a wedding. Between the lighthouse, the boats, and the “hidden gems” that are all around, it’s the perfect location! I had the exciting opportunity to second shoot for my friend and fellow photographer, Hillary, at the Seaport and I loved every minute of it. Here are a few of my favorite shots from the day!

JEN & GRAHAM | BILL MILLER’S CASTLE WEDDING

Jen & Graham chose Bill Millers Castle in Branford, CT for their wedding venue. Mother nature rained on their plans for an outdoor ceremony (literally) but they took it in stride and moved their ceremony inside. Luckily, we were able to sneak outside for a few minutes in between raindrops for some photos afterwards. Jen & Graham were even willing to go outside at the end of the night, leading to some epic shots in the rain!

Anna & Cameron had a beautiful winter wedding at the United States Coast Guard Academy in New London, CT. There was a fresh blanket of snow on the ground from the day before and everything was decorated with wreaths and evergreen garland. It was the perfect day for these two to profess their love for one another!
